Statement from Tracy Wesley CEO

There was a recent media report about Estes Funeral Chapel that included an interview with the company’s CEO. The story focused on staff training and contained several inaccuracies, incorrect positioning, and referencing individuals employed many years prior, who are no longer with the company.

Estes has proudly served the Twin Cities community for 60 years, and we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to those grieving the loss of a loved one. Trusted care and great customer service are at the forefront of our family business. Our leadership wants to assure the community that our staff receives the proper mortuary science training and certifications required by industry standards.

We value our staff and their contributions to the company; however, Estes’ policy is not to comment on former employees. Please feel free to contact us with additional questions or concerns. Thank you.
